The Canadian Real Estate Agent Benefits Program (the “Program”) is sponsored by Hub International, underwritten by Equitable Life of Canada, and administered by Effortless Admin Inc. (collectively, the “Providers”).

This marketing site is managed on behalf of the Program Providers for the sole purpose of marketing and soliciting applications to the Program, and for not other purpose whatsoever.  This privacy policy does not in any limit, affect, or amend the individual privacy policies and terms of service published and maintained by each of the Program’s Providers, links to which are provided below.

This site only collects, uses, and discloses the minimal amount of personal information necessary for the Providers to offer and support the Program with their respective our products and services, such as information required to determine eligibility, enrol eligible members, and provide related reporting and analysis.  This site will not use your personal information for any other purpose, and specifically does not give out or sell any personal information to third parties.

You have the right to access, review, and challenge the accuracy and completeness of your personal information held by this site. The Program is committed to prompt engagement with all access requests in accordance with applicable law, and will document all access requests, challenges, and all related disagreements or discrepancies.

Provider Privacy Policies

Each Program Provider welcomes the opportunity to explain why we need the information and how it will be used.  Once an individual joins the Program, then the respective privacy policies and other terms and conditions of the Providers will govern and set forth how they each may also collect personal information in the ordinary course of business in connection with serving the Program.
